Three Questions to Ask When Reviewing Your Insurance

Three Things to Ask Yourself.

The beginning of the year is a great time to think about all the improvements we want make in 2017. We all want to refocus our efforts on eating healthier, exercising a bit more and spending more time with the ones we love.

Whatever it is, we hope you are well on your way to accomplishing it. And we would like to add one more to your list, one that we will make easy to achieve:

Take a second look at your insurance program. Ask yourself these 3 things:

1. Do you have the right coverage?

I recently met with someone who had not reviewed their coverage in 5 or 10 years. Policies and coverages that were unnecessary then, were now absolutely crucial to protecting the assets he had accumulated. Things change, make sure your coverage changes with you.

2. Are you paying too much?

This one is simple. Everybody wants good coverage, from a reputable carrier, at the right price. Taking a short amount of time to see if there is something more affordable on the market can make a big difference. Who knows, perhaps you can apply the savings towards accomplishing one of your resolutions.

3. Is managing your policies complicated?

Often times when I review someones insurance program, I find that the policies have been procured at different times, through different companies. While this is not always a bad idea, it can be a pain when bills come due at different times, or having to log-in to different websites just to view it all. Not to mention missing multi-line savings that can be had otherwise. Incongruity and insurance not friends, this is how coverage gaps can happen.

3.5. Let us help.
Its important to review your insurance program periodically. Review coverage options, find a competitive rate, and put your policies under one roof.
